All products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at therapsonrap@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us at therapsonrap@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate.
