Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item received
• A description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items that have been used or washed
